Scrip Program
Annual Period: May 16, 2009 through April 30, 2010 (For the 2009 - 2010 school year)
Requirement: Family $5,000.00; Single Parent Family & Pre-School families $2,500.00
Qualifications: eSCRIP enrollment, Nob Hill Quality of Life Card, Gift cards sold on school campus.
Definitions: eSCRIP participation requires you to enroll your Safeway, Macy’s, ATM, Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards on the internet with www.escrip.com.
We encourage you to ask family members and friends to sponsor you, however, you must report their name to the Scrip coordinator or school bookkeeper to apply to your account. School eSCRIP no. 138335084. Be aware you are required to re-activate your card annually with eSCRIP. Annual renewal deadline is November 1st. eSCRIP activity recorded from March 1st through February 28th each year qualifies as your contributions to the SCRIP program.
Nob Hill Quality of Life Card should be picked up on school campus in the accounting office. If you or a family member has picked up a card at Nob Hill you must report the card number to the Scrip coordinator or the school bookkeeper to receive credit for their purchases. Activity is recorded from May 1st through April 30th.
A variety of gift cards are available on school campus. Sale days are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 A.M. to 8:30 AM and 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Order forms are available daily in school office and on the school website (see below) with a list of participating merchants. Please check regularly as they change with the merchant’s participation. You may pre-order by submitting the school order form along with your check. Your order will be filled as soon as possible pending availability.
Special Restrictions
- Currently fuel purchases from Safeway will only qualify for scrip if a gift card purchased from our school is used.
- SCRIP contributions will NOT be made for any credit or financed purchases.
- Reports will be given out in the months of November and January for tracking purposes.

One Stop Recycling
It's easy and simple. Drop your empty inkjet/toner cartridges and retired cell phones in the bin inside the Technology Center for recycling and support our Technology Center.
Labels and Box Tops 'R Us
Some parents say it is a well-kept secret but most students can tell you that SHPS collects General Mills Box Tops and Campbell's Soup labels. About once a month, students bring whatever they have amassed to morning assembly. The result? Their classroom gets a new recess ball. Mrs. C is in charge of this process and student council comes up with amusing skits to encourage participation.
