Back-to-School Night
This evening provides an opportunity for parents to meet teachers, hear about classroom and homework expectations, and get an overview of what the school year will bring for you and your child(ren). Back-to-School Night begins with an assembly in the gym at 6:00pm with prayer, updates and teacher introductions. followed by two sessions to visit the classrooms.
After assembly, parents of K through 5th grade will visit the classrooms for individual presentations by the homeroom teacher. At the same time, Preschool 3/4 and Preschool 4 parents will come together in the Meeting Room, parents of Junior High students (grades 6 through 8) will follow a schedule similar to their children's day.
Parents of Preschool, Kindergarten and Jr High students are asked to attend the first session from 6:30 to 7:00 and the second session for siblings in other grades from 7:00 to 7:30pm. PreKindergarten parents are welcome to attend the welcome portion of the evening
This will allow parents with more than one child to explore the other classrooms. Back-to-school will end (with a bell) at 7:45pm.
Volunteers Needed for the San Benito Fair
We would like to encourage parents to staff our school booth at the San Benito County Fair. It is a great opportunity to share your school spirit, earn service hours and have some fun. Please contact the office or email Miss Tiller ( mtiller@sacredheartschool.org ) to sign up. Thank you
Bible Study
Mom’s Bible Study is held on Wednesday’s at 8:00am and again at 7:00PM in the Pastoral Office on the 3rd floor.
