Sacred Heart Parish School Student Council

The SHPS Student Council plays a vital role in enhancing school spirit and supporting student-centered events throughout the year. Made up of dedicated student leaders, the council spearheads various activities that raise funds for school-wide treats, events, and enrichment activities.

A key initiative is the annual See’s Candy Fundraiser, our primary source of operating capital. This popular fundraiser takes place each November, with orders fulfilled in December—just in time for the holidays! The funds raised through this effort allow the Student Council to plan and sponsor a range of fun and meaningful experiences for all SHPS students.

In addition to fundraising, the Student Council is responsible for organizing and hosting several fun and engaging events, including:

  • Sock Hop Dance
  • Halloween Rally
  • SHPS Game Night
  • School Assemblies
  • School Treats

These events bring students together, build school spirit, and create lasting memories for the SHPS community. Through their leadership and dedication, Student Council members help make SHPS a place where every student feels involved, celebrated, and proud to be a part of something special.
